You will need an NIE number

All foreigners with tax obligations need to obtain an identity number (NIE).
We provide this service and if, for some reason, the issue is delayed, we will collect the number for you once issued.

Mortgages

We provide a mortgage processing service and can arrange a loan to meet your requirements easily and without fuss.
Even the application is dealt with, as well as negotiating with the banks on your behalf. All we require is the requested documents by fax, by e-mail and any specific instructions you may have for us

Wills

Whether you are a resident or not, it is important to have a will, registered in Spain, covering your Spanish assets.
Your estate will be subject to Spanish inheritance tax if you die but there are certain reductions for relatives.
