They commissioned their Architect to create a luxury villa whose airy, contemporary ambience takes advantage of the light and views out to the Sierra de Ronda. Its design was recognised by Channel 4's Grand Designs who were interested in featuring the villa on their programme. Casa Sonana offers 4 double/twin individual bedrooms each with their own unique Ensuite bathroom, magnificent designer kitchen, sunken indoor dining room, outdoor dining, large salon, outdoor salon, mezzanine level library, a large terrace sweeping around the house, a work area, utility room and of course a private swimming pool. Only 10 minutes from the historic town of Ronda.

The beautiful town of Ronda is about a 15 minute drive away, the are two natural parks close by and the whole of the Serrania de Ronda to discover. The Costa del Sol is about an hours drive, Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville and Malaga are all within a two hour drive.
Prices start from 530 Euros (350 UK pounds) per week low season to 1060 Euros (700 UK pounds) per week high season.

A traditional village house set in the heart of Zahara in the province of Cadiz, only 20 minutes drive from Ronda, close to a beautiful lake, the mountains, cafe and tapa bars.
The house comes fully equipped with two double bedrooms that sleeps four, a modern fitted kitchen, a shower room, wc, a dinning room and a lounge that has a view over a pretty square.

A superb rooftop sun terrace overlooks the village rooftops and pinewoods above. The property was totally refurbished in 2004 to a very high standard by traditional Spanish Craftsmen using the authentic materials of marble and hardwoods throughout.
On the ground floor is a small entrance hall, with cloakroom and toilet adjacent. Fully fitted kitchen with modern units and appliances, and an attractively furnished living room with tiled floors and traditional Spanish finishes. The settee converting to a double bed to accommodate two people. A hardwood/marble staircase leads to the two first floor twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. A second staircase leads to a washing room and substantial rooftop sun terrace looking towards the pinewoods to the rear.
Montecorto has the usual local amenities of small shops, banks, bars and local restaurants. It also has a local outdoor swimming pool and recreation area which is open during the Summer months.
